Break down your attachment patterns and understand why connection can feel confusing, overwhelming, or unstable.
Week 4: The Internal Cycle
Address shame, overthinking, and the internal dialogue that keeps you stuck in self-blame and emotional exhaustion.
Week 5: Interrupting the Pattern
Learn how to pause, regulate, and stop reacting automatically, so you can respond with intention instead of survival.
Week 6: Rebuilding Safety & Self-Trust
Begin creating internal stability, stronger boundaries, and a more grounded, authentic way of showing up.

I’m Sheneica Hunter-Gibbs, LCMHC, NCC
I’m a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Therapist based in North Carolina, and I specialize in working with adult childhood trauma, specifically helping individuals understand and shift the patterns they didn’t consciously choose but are still living out every day.
Most of the people I work with don’t look like they’re struggling on the outside.
They’re functioning.
They’re responsible.
They show up.
But internally? They're
- overthinking everything
- feeling unsettled in relationships
- struggling to feel fully like themselves around other people
- constantly navigating an internal sense of pressure, anxiety, or disconnection
PROGRAM STRUCTURE
The program runs from Monday, April 20 2026 through Friday, May 29 2026 with a structured format to help you stay engaged, accountable, and actively applying what you’re learning.
Here’s how it works:

Weekly Live Sessions (Virtual-Online)
You’ll meet with your facilitator once per week, every Thursday, for guided teaching, real-time application, and deeper integration of the material. -
Consistent Weekly Commitment
Each week builds on the next allowing you to not just understand your patterns, but actively begin shifting them in real time. -
Between-Session Work (Homework + Reflection)
You’ll receive structured exercises and prompts to help you:- apply what you’re learning to your real life
- recognize patterns as they happen
- practice responding differently

This program is designed for education, self-development, and personal growth.
It is important to understand what this space is—and what it is not.
This program IS:
- A structured, guided personal development experience
- Psychoeducation on nervous system regulation, attachment, and behavioral patterns
- A space to build awareness and practice new responses
- A framework to help you understand and shift survival-based patterns
This program is NOT:
- Therapy
- A therapeutic relationship
- Group therapy
- Mental health treatment
- A substitute for individual counseling or clinical care
While I am a licensed therapist, participation in this program does not establish a therapist-client relationship.
