Self-Pay Rates

For clients who are not using insurance

If you are paying privately for your services, the following self-pay rates apply:

Individual Therapy

Individual Session: $125/session

Couples & Family Therapy

Couples/Family Session: $150/session

Group Therapy

Groups include no more than five clients.

Group Session: $87.50/session

We are in-network with:

Blue Cross Blue Shield (excluding the Blue Home Plan)

Aetna

UnitedHealthcare

Ambetter of North Carolina

We do not accept Medicaid or Medicare plans.

Your cost when using insurance is determined by your individual insurance plan. Depending on your plan, you may have a copay, coinsurance, deductible, or other out-of-pocket responsibility. Insurance reimbursement rates also vary by plan and service.

We verify your insurance benefits before services begin and provide you with the information available to us regarding your expected financial responsibility. However, insurance benefits are not a guarantee of payment, and your insurance company ultimately determines what you are responsible for paying.

For the most accurate information about your coverage and expected out-of-pocket cost, we encourage you to contact your insurance provider directly using the member services number on your insurance card.

Out-of-Network Insurance

If we are not in-network with your insurance plan, you may choose to self-pay. Depending on your plan, your insurance company may provide reimbursement for out-of-network services.

If your plan offers out-of-network benefits, we can provide you with a Superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

A Superbill is a detailed receipt that includes information such as the date of service, type of service, diagnosis code, and amount paid. Your insurance company can provide you with specific information about whether your plan offers out-of-network benefits and how reimbursement works.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards as forms of payment.

After scheduling, clients will receive access to our secure payment portal along with information about payment and billing procedures.
