Rates

Individual Therapy Rates & Packages:

Individual Session Rate: $125/session

$500/month: This package includes 4 sessions/month, which equals out to one 60-minute session per week

$1000/month: This package includes 8 sessions/month, which equals out to two 60-minute sessions per week

Couples/Family Therapy Rates & Packages

Couples/Family Session Rate: $150/session 

$600/month: This package includes 4 sessions/month, which equals out to one 60-minute session per week 

$1200/month: This package includes 8 sessions/month, which equals out to two 60-minute sessions per week   

Group Therapy Rates & Packages (Each group includes no more than five clients):

Group Therapy Rate: $87.5/session

$350/month
: This package includes 4 sessions/month, which equals out to one 60-minute session per week  

$700/month: This package includes 8 sessions/month, which equals out to two 60-minute sessions per week   

 

Insurance

We are in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, and United Healthcare.

If you have insurance outside of the insurance plans we accept, you will self-pay. Keep in mind that in certain cases, insurance companies will reimburse you for out of network providers. We will be more than happy to supply a Superbill for reimbursement purposes. A Superbill is a detailed receipt that you submit to your insurance company yourself. It has the date of service, type of service (CPT code), your diagnosis code, and the fee you paid. This is what you will need to submit a claim to your insurance company for any Out of Network reimbursement. Please contact your insurance company for more details.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards as forms of payment. After sign up, clients will be provided with a link to our payment portal, and information about how payment works.

Cancellation Policy

Reschedules: Clients seeking to reschedule their appointments should contact us 24-48 hours before their scheduled meeting.

No Call/No Show: We offer every client one late cancellation/no show. If clients are no call/no show (or late cancel), your second missed session will result in you paying the full session fee, or it will count towards your monthly sessions.

Cancellation/Refunds: If clients experience unforeseen circumstances, they must cancel/reschedule at least 48 hours in advance. If clients are unable to reschedule, we will allow one unpredictable late cancellation with a refund for that particular session. After the first excused cancelled appointment, clients will be charged 100% of the session fee for any additional cancellations.

Removal from automatic payment plan:  If clients agree to be placed on an automatic payment plan for their sessions, they must provide us with a 30-day written notice that they would like to be removed from their automatic payment plan, so we have enough time to make adjustments.
