First and foremost, you’re here for a reason. The maximum clients for group sessions is 5.
Yes, we accept children 12 and up. In rare cases, we accept younger children on a case by case basis
Telehealth Therapy is essentially virtual therapy that you can do from the comfort of your home, office, or any other confidential space you feel comfortable with. Due to risks associated with interruptions, unauthorized access, and technical difficulties, we do our best to prevent breaches of confidentiality.
The automatic monthly plan is not required of all clients. Some client prefer to plan to for a certain amount of sessions which is why we offer this option. During the initial consultation, you can discuss with your therapist what will work best for you.
We’ve found this model easier on clients that like to plan out their sessions in advance. Client are able to pay one lump sum per month rather than having to remember their individual session fee on a weekly basis.
Clients will need to provide us with at least a 30-day written notice that they would like to be removed from the automatic payment plan.
In most cases, the law protects the confidentiality of all communications between a client and psychotherapist. This is great because no communication is disclosed without written communication from clients. However, there are some exceptions to this rule, such as:
- You are in imminent danger of harming yourself or someone else.
- I foresee you being in serious harm to yourself or someone else.
- Suspected child or elder abuse
- Counselors are required by law to release records ordered by a court judge and/or government agency.
